Payment – ENGINE

Beginning in 2023 there is an annual fee to participate in ENGINE. Annual ENGINE fees are due prior to downloading the ENGINE Database.

No costs for those institutions only uploading lists to encourage/promote graduate education to their students
$750 annual charge for institutions who upload a list and download the ENGINE Database
The ENGINE Database is not for sale; no institutions can purchase the database without the same process of providing a list of their students
Deadline for ENGINE Annual Fee Payments: July 31, 2024

Returning ENGINE Contacts (Those with 8 Digit UFID & GatorLink Credentials)

You will receive your ENGINE Payment Invoice (see example) via email within 2 weeks of signing up to participate.
After receiving your invoice, payments can be made over the phone by contacting Krista Smith (352-294-7915).
- Availability: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm -4:00pm EST
Payments can also be made online. Payment link is included on the invoice.
Both credit cards (preferred payment method) and checks are acceptable forms of payment.
- For credit card payment (recommended):
  - Transactions will appear as “UF Teaching and Technologies” on banking statements
- For checks:
  - Make payable to: University of Florida
  - Memo Line: 2024 ENGINE Annual Fees
  - Email a scanned copy or picture of the check along with tracking information before placing in the mail to Krista Smith, kristasmith@ufl.edu (Temporarily Dalice Betterson, betterson.dalice@eng.ufl.edu)

You will receive your ENGINE Payment Receipt (see example) via email 2 weeks after submitting your payment.

Before receiving your invoice, we will need to create a UFID and GatorLink email for you.
We will need to collect some information to create these accounts. We will be in touch with additional information.
