- All files should be in MS Excel format (.csv or .xls) and contain exactly 15 columns (20 if Masters information is collected), with fields identical to those in the 2024 ENGINE Download Template.
- All student emails submitted to ENGINE must be authenticated or validated to confirm they belong to that particular student. One simple method for this is to only include University email addresses.
