Download Student Data

You must be logged in to download the student database.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to UF's VPN
  2. Log in to ENGINE
  3. Return to this page to download the database
    4. In order to download the student database, your institution must:
    • Have a signed ENGINE Member Institution Participation Agreement on file.
    • Have annually designate/re-certified a single institutional ENGINE contact person in consultation with an engineering Director, Associate Dean or Dean; this individual will be given a GatorLink account to login.
    • Paid ENGINE Annual Fees of $750
    • Uploaded a substantial list of junior/senior undergraduate engineering students meeting the specifications of the 15 data fields from the download template (5 data fields of Masters information uploads are optional).
    • Received UF GatorLink Login access, annually you must call the UF Help Desk at (352) 392-4357 to reset your password; this process is not immediate so please do not wait until the last few days or final hour.
