There is an annual fee of $750 to participate in ENGINE. Annual fees are due prior to downloading the ENGINE database.

• Each institution will be invoiced for the $750 fee, which includes a link to pay via credit card
• No cost for those institutions only uploading lists to encourage/promote graduate education to their students
• The ENGINE database is not for sale, no institution can purchase the database without providing a list of their students to include in it
• Deadline for ENGINE annual fee payments is July 31, 2025
